St Lucia is in the Atlantic Standard Time Zone (AST) and does not observe Daylight Saving Time (DST). This means that the St Lucia time is four hours behind Coordinated Universal Time (UTC-4) or GMT all year round.

For example, if it is 12:00 noon (UTC) on your clock, it would be 8:00 am (AST) in St Lucia of the same day. If you are traveling to St Lucia from a location with a different time zone, you will need to adjust your clock accordingly. It is also worth noting that some countries in the Caribbean may observe DST, which could affect the time difference between St Lucia and other locations during certain times of the year.
